Common questions

Straight answers about how SkillsCulture works, who we partner with, and what's live today.

Who does SkillsCulture work with?

We partner with organizations and funders – employers, NGOs, and programs – who want to upskill a workforce in green and digital skills. We're not a direct-to-consumer course marketplace; we build and deliver training alongside partners.

What does "dubbed, instructor-led" actually mean?

Real instructors teach real courses, and we dub them into the languages your workforce speaks. Our first course is dubbed in Amharic, and the platform is built to localize into more languages as we grow – not generic slides or AI standing in for teaching.

What's available today?

Our first course – Google Workspace for Business, dubbed in Amharic – is in production, and our offline-first mobile platform is live and ready to carry more courses and languages. We're early by design: courses ship when they're genuinely ready, not to hit a number.

Why mobile-first and offline-first?

Because that's how our learners actually connect – low-end devices, unreliable data, and real bandwidth constraints. Building for those conditions first means the training reaches the workers who are hardest to reach today.

How do we start a conversation?

The fastest way is WhatsApp, or you can email us, book a call, or send a message on the home page. Tell us about your workforce and what you're trying to achieve, and we'll take it from there.
