Demand for green and digital skills in East Africa is outpacing the training that reaches ordinary workers. Most courses assume a fast connection, a capable device, and a second language – shutting out the people who'd gain the most.
We start from the other end: training on the phones people already own, in the language they speak, taught by real instructors. Skills people actually finish and use.

Actual teachers teach actual courses. Technology helps us reach people and cut friction – it never stands in for the teaching.
The learner's own language
Training sticks when it's in the language people think in. We start in Amharic and build to add more as we grow.

We design for low-end phones, patchy data, and real bandwidth limits – the conditions East African learners actually connect under.
